A Bar/Bat Mitzvah Garden of Thirteen Trees

THIRTEEN TREE SAPLINGS PLANTED IN ISRAEL

At first
I thought they stood motionless
But I gazed
and became conscious of their movement
Ever so slight
They were on the move
Leaves constantly rippling
to a breath of air
 I could not feel
Dancing to music
I could not hear
But strong, and oh, so tall
